We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to join our high-growth, multi-country advertising & digital services ecosystem. The ideal candidate comes with strong experience in service-based organisations (advertising, IT services, media, consulting) and is comfortable managing India + international revenues, multi-currency operations, digital ecosystem vendors, and global compliances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Billing (India + International)
Manage end-to-end billing for services revenue across India and global markets.
Prepare and verify invoices for multi-currency clients; ensure accuracy, timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate with Client Servicing & Business teams to validate SOWs, POs, and revenue recognition.
2. Vendor Management (Google, Meta & Others)
Handle media buying vendor transactions including Google, Meta, programmatic platforms, publishers, and global partners.
Validate IOs, reconcile spends, track credits, and ensure timely vendor payouts.
3. Compliance & Audit
Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, VAT, and cross-border tax requirements.
Support global tax and compliance filings, including documentation for Transfer Pricing, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and international financial reviews.
Maintain meticulous financial records in line with multi-country regulations.
4. Banking, Treasury & Forex
Manage domestic and international payments, including rupee uplifts/downlifts, forex transfers, and cross-border remittances.
Monitor bank balances and support cash-flow forecasting with intelligence on inflow–outflow patterns.
Coordinate with banks for queries, documentation, and compliance.
5. Automation & Process Improvement
Bridge manual tasks <> automation by identifying gaps and improving accuracy, scalability, and speed.
Work closely with internal teams to streamline billing, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
6. Purchase & Expense Management
Oversee vendor onboarding, PO management, purchase tracking, and approval workflows.
Work with cross-functional teams (especially Production & Media Buying) to ensure spend accuracy and documentation.
7. Multi-Country Financial Operations
Support finance operations for entities servicing multiple global markets.
Prepare reports and reconciliations for international revenue, vendor payouts, taxes, and cross-border transactions.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in finance & accounts within advertising, digital agencies, IT services, consulting, or any global service-based company.
- Strong understanding of service revenue models, both domestic and international.
- Experience with Google/Meta/vendor billing is highly preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of GST, VAT, TDS, global compliance processes, and audits.
- Hands-on exposure to international transfers, forex, multi-currency reconciliations, and forecasting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment with global clients.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with ERPs/automation tools is a plus.
