Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, intellectually sharp, and execution-driven professional to work directly with the Founder/CEO on strategic projects, business operations, growth initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and high-priority problem-solving. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys pace, ambiguity, ownership, and direct impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects & Business Initiatives
- Work closely with the Founder on high-impact projects across digital, media, tech, and content business lines.
- Drive research, insights, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Build business models, financial projections, and ROI forecasts for new initiatives.
- Lead special projects such as new product launches, client pitches, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
Operations & Execution
- Own project management for founder-led priorities, ensuring deadlines, clarity, and seamless execution.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Media, Creative, and Tech teams to align execution across functions.
- Track KPIs, create dashboards, and ensure teams are meeting defined goals.
- Prepare high-quality documents, SOPs, workflows, and process improvements.
Founder Enablement
- Work as the Founder’s right hand — managing follow-ups, decisions, and actionables.
- Drive clarity on next steps, priorities, and problem resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
- Support calendar intelligence: prepping context notes, meeting agendas, and post-meeting actionables.
- Draft high-stakes communication, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
Analysis, Reporting & Insights
- Build data-backed reports leveraging GA, CRM tools, performance dashboards, and financial data.
- Analyze business performance, project outcomes, and client profitability.
- Present insights and recommendations that help the Founder drive outcomes faster.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with media, creative, strategy, HR, tech, and operations leaders.
- Act as the Founder’s representative in select internal meetings, ensuring alignment and crisp communication.
What Makes You Successful in This Role
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, project management, business operations, or founder’s office roles.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable with Excel/Sheets, data interpretation, KPI dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to make complex concepts crisp.
- High ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort with fast-changing priorities.
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving, detail-oriented approach.
- Bonus: familiarity with digital marketing, agency ecosystem, or tech-led businesses.
