About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll management and talent acquisition within the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with KEKA HRMS and comfortable handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management through KEKA HRMS.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles – sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR data, employee records, and reports accurately.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, exits, documentation, and compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate internal communications.
  • Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements are adhered to.

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition for digital/creative roles.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
